A Collaborative Dialogue Process


When he sees what I see and I see what he sees, our worlds begin to blend. We aren't adversaries anymore; we are partners. We blend into one another and out of that collaboration comes wonderful ideas. Then, we can create decisions together in the spirit of partnership.

  • Listen to both sides
  • Seek to Understand vs. Judge / Be Curious
  • Acknowledging what is true for another
  • Focus on Positive/Appreciation
  • Allowing Differences
  • Proclaim Wishes/What does each party desire?
  • Creative Brainstorm/See all POSSIBILITIES
  • Create a 3rd Solution
